Innovative Suction Dredging Hose Makes Dredging Process Smoother

With the development of dredging industry, capital dredging including creating a new harbor or waterway or to deepen existing facilities for larger ships access is extensively done all around the world. As an essential component of dredging, suction dredging hose plays a very important role with cutter suction dredge or large trailing suction hopper dredge.

To guarantee the quality, ordinary galvanized wire has never been used for it can't withstand high dynamic loads. Our reliable suction hose employs heavy spring steel to absorb impact roads caused by water wave. Large bore suction hose are equipped with rigid steel rings for flexible bending.

• Inner tube: black EPDM/SBR synthetic rubber.
• Outer layer: black EPDM/SBR synthetic rubber.
• Reinforcement: multi-layer of high tensile-strength fiber, spiral steel wire reinforced.
• Working temperature: -30 °C to 82 °C (-22 °F to 179.6 °F).
